ELM EA is a highly accurate scalper trading robot. The speed of the algorithm, the calculation of all the necessary conditions for making a decision to open trades occurs once every 1 -1.5 ms.

To make a decision to open an order, EA uses the following parameters in its analysis:

  • Input parameters (TickVolume, TickPulse, Calc method and etc.)
  • Trading conditions (Ping/Spread/Speed of execution/Slippage/Os speed etc.)
  • The quality of a broker’s tick stream. Tick density, the higher the better.
  • Trading platform.
  • Sometimes even the build of the trading platform can affect the quality of EA.

Here I show and tell you the results of the ELM EA when working with different brokers.
These results are achieved by me, on my trading accounts, on my servers, with the trading conditions that were provided by the broker for my account, with the settings that I set up on my account.

If I see that the situation in my account deteriorates or the trading results differ from what I would like to get, I change the VPS server, change the EA settings or change the trading modes of the algorithm.

In the aggregate of all these factors that I described above, the results between your and my trading account may be different. In some cases you may have more profitable trades, I may have more losing trades. You have no trades, I have trades. You are in profit, my account is in loss or vice versa. Trade results may differ completely or differ by 30-40%.

This is scalping based on tick volume analysis. Identical trading results, you can get only if your Expert Advisor trades on the principle, opening a new trade on a new candle. When trading with the ELM EA it will not work like that!

Even if I try to achieve two identical trade reports from different trading platforms. I will most likely fail.

I am a trader just like you. I do not know where the market will go, I only trade with the tools I have. All the information I need is on my resources.

So, if you have no trading experience, if you just came to study Forex – start studying this market with the simpler algorithms. Simpler algorithms, that’s exactly where you need to learn algo-trading.

If you downloaded one of the ELM EA versions and you can’t achieve exactly the same results in your account when trading from your home PC, you shouldn’t write me angry letters and accuse my algorithm of not working for you.

Hedge Set ELM EA Pro_v2.1

On this trading account, I use conservative settings, in hedging mode. Thanks to these settings the ELM EA algorithm can earn consistent profits.

The trading account was opened on June 09, 2021.

Trading in hedging mode, causes a load on the margin, although in reality the margin is used only to secure the position and does not participate in the drawdown.
Because Myfxbook calculates the drawdown on free margin, it displays a maximum drawdown of 49%.

If you look at the trading history in more detail, you will see that the most loss-making trade was about 28% of free margin and occurred as a result of me manipulating the settings.

Most of the time, the maximum loss does not exceed 5%.

If you’ve been following my trading history for a long time, you should definitely remember one of the best trading accounts I’ve opened at Tickmill.

ELM EA with #Tickmill Broker

It was a Pro account that allowed me to make good money. Now I’ve decided to open a VIP account type. Because of the high minimum balance and no deposit using cryptocurrencies, I had to do some bank transactions. I don’t see any banks… But I did it!)

Let’s watch the results. Since on VIP account, trading costs are lower than on Pro account, I think the result should be much better!
